I lead a group of highly specialized engineers in the design and validation of our next generation of fuel cell vehicles. I manage all things related to the integration and advancement of fuel cell technology within Proterra.

Responsible for design release of various power electronics (DC-­‐AC and DC-­‐DC) and the vehicle telemetry system. Responsible for manufacturing qualification of vehicle subsystems; primarily focused on electromotive traction drive and energy storage sub-­‐systems. Lead all aspects of the product validation and field support function at Proterra for battery-­electric and fuel-­cell vehicles. Provide clear line of sight between product in the field and the engineering group, to facilitate prompt resolution of issues which are identified during validation or in service. Provide information as to the reliability, durability, feature‐set desirability and customer acceptance as the products develop a track record with customers.

Flagship product development for company launch. Responsible for engineering staff management; Timely and efficient product completion. Including all elements for design release for production intent.

Contract position for the design of a spinal implant system for restoring lordosis to the spine using extraction and distraction of the inter-vertebral disc space.

Engineering support for hybrid vehicle systems research and design. Software integration and field hardware validation. Curriculum development for drive system integration teams.

Worked on prototype development of the first intra-oral scanner. Managed DoE for product development testing.
