I founded JJ Strategies, Inc. in 2020, while at the same time launching and serving as the President & CEO of Meridian Outcome Enhancements, a leading provider of insurance billing services with a specialty in Behavioral Healthcare, which encompasses both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. I also continue work with Community Solutions Consulting, where I have expanded and strengthened the expertise of the firm in the same areas since 2013.My skills in navigating the political process, policymaking, budgeting and appropriations are second to none. I have earned a reputation of tenacity and integrity among key stakeholders in all levels of government and private enterprise. I have successfully represented and advocated for numerous organizations in the state of Utah, including Alkermes, Merck, Organon, Deep Roots, Dominion Diagnostics, Pear Digital Therapeutics, Opticare of Utah, NASW, UAC, UBHO, and many more. I hold a BS in Political Science and Government from the University of Utah, and I am passionate about making a positive impact in the fields of behavioral health, mental health, and public safety.
