AirInsight is a boutique consulting firm helping customers make better strategic decisions, achieve, market leadership and improve company value.• Publishing articles/interviews about fleet procurement, phase-ins, new technologies and operational topics in commercial aviation industry to AirInsight’s website. Content is read by hundreds of aviation professionals every day.• Contributing to consulting services and reports e.g. EFB and Pratt & Whitney Geared Turbofan, which are distributed across industry for insights on new technology in the market evolvement• Attending conferences and industry events to understand industry’s future trends and challenges. Led to an extensive professional network.

• Supported the implementation of new flight planning software for automation of processes within long-haul flight dispatch operation.• Analysed and kicked-off of new projects for the enhancement of operational processes and safety provision under supervision of head of dispatch.• Acquired a basic understanding of operational processes required to run a successful long-haul network operation in coordination of short-haul feeder services.

• Acquired hands-on experience in several departments responsible for quality assurance, production and customer relations• Produced the Airport Moving Map (AMM) for leading airlines operating the Airbus A380/A350 and B747-8• Developed a new internship introduction program and enhanced existing parts of training. Responsible for the mentoring of successive trainees.

• Sergeant at the Weather Battalion 7, which executes atmospheric soundings and briefs pilots with actual weather data• World Economic Forum 2012 in Davos: Responsible for all weather briefings for helicopter pilots at the Dübendorf AFB• 10 hours of Flying Piper Archer and skydiving license
