As the firm’s Revit leader, the responsibilities included defining, documenting and improving Revit standards of work and proficiencies for all required model uses. • Defined the guidelines and managed the development of a custom Revit add-on that improves efficiency and overall support of self-perform concrete planning and installation. • Organized and led multiple firm wide knowledge sharing sessions on topics such as model based field layout, Revit training & model uses, site logistic planning, and visualizations. • Led multiple BIM/VDC training sessions, presentations and project interviews, along with having been awarded with firm’s internal annual award each full year of employment. • Laser Scanning Manager for Mortenson Construction and Field Layout Manager for the Chicago Operating Group and its local projects.

Projects• WaterSaver Faucet Headquarters, LEED Gold 125,000 SF Commercial/Industrial• Manufacturing and Commercial Interior Build‐Outs• Commercial Site and Signage Renovations• Historical Residential Additions• Existing Building Surveying and 3D Model Documentation for Facility ManagementResponsibilities• Produced schematic design drawings, permit & bid documents, bulletin sets, sketches and RFI responses for multiple projects while utilizing REVIT's capabilities for construction administration and presentation drawings.• Held the titles of REVIT Coordinator and IT Manager throughout employment, while simultaneously providing architectural services for LEED Gold project.• Sole producer of 125,000 SF Revit model, utilized efficiently to produce construction documents, photo realistic renderings and review construction submittals. BIM data utilized for the client's facilities management and operations for WaterSaver Faucet Headquarters. • Awarded with responsibility of direct point of contact between architectural firm and general contractor during latter stages of project.

Projects• Rush University Medical Campus – Tower Addition, 14‐story LEED Gold 830,000 SF,• Rush University Medical Campus ‐ Orthopedic Ambulatory Building, LEED Gold 220,000 SFResponsibilities• Vital member of on‐site team throughout the phases of Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Aided in developing REVIT workflow conventions and strategies for largest BIM project in the world at that time. As Architectural Intern, was awarded a tremendous amount of responsibility which included project coordination and BIM production.• Based on REVIT expertise, provided a wide range of output while training other team members on REVIT techniques along with mentoring other architectural interns.• Created 3D models of healthcare equipment and systems used by medical planners for user group meetings and interdisciplinary coordination.

• Worked numerous large residential and commercial projects; responsible for overseeing and training of newly hired employeeswhile performing a variety of tasks within most of the construction trades.• Perfected the finishing trades during multiple years of hands‐on construction experience.

• Responsible for overseeing a team of 10 laborers during a large scale project from demolition to the completion of “move‐in-ready” condominiums.• Responsible for managing multiple small scale labor and finishing projects on time and within budget.
