I designed and implemented user research with over 70 target users, summarising actionable findings to inform design solutions. I independently created the MVP prototype on LucidCharts, Figma and Power BI/ Grafana, then conducted usability tests to validate the product and inform design iterations.

First employee in an early stage Tech For Good. I led UX research and quantitative data analysis to direct development sprints, using in-house CMS and Google Analytics. I also managed partners and clients, and researched operational strategies for expansion, successfully facilitating new partnerships with 40 new schools and 1000% increased uptake in raw users ahead of our first seed round.
