Sensorfield provides a novel wireless sensor solution to monitor oil and gas wells. The custom designed system measures various metrics, including tank levels, flow rates, and equipment health and relays that information to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.Tasks included integrating satellite data communication into the existing system. Under tight memory constraints, I implemented firmware for the satellite communication and GPS using C++ and Arduino code. Further developed PHP code to interface incoming data from the satellite’s gateway with our server and developed the SQL database to store information from the connection.

Assisted and provided support to Altera’s technical services group with issues related to their High Speed Serial protocol for 40/100 Gbps Ethernet.Maintained technical collateral by updating technical documentation and tutorials for their flagship software, resolving bugs, and scripting new modules for demos.
