My career has focused on designing and delivering high-quality and creative solutions to help businesses become more profitable and efficient. I've held a wide variety of roles ranging from professional services leadership, head of products, solution architect to software engineer. With the experience and relationships I've made, I've helped hundreds of customers in their paths to success, and I have helped grow CLD Partners into the most capable and professional team of consultants that can be found anywhere.Through my years of experience in software engineering and Salesforce & Certinia (FinancialForce) implementations, I’ve gained extensive experience about how professional services organizations operate as well as the Salesforce platform. I’m versed the complexities of selling and quoting professional services, services forecasting, through to the details of billing and recognizing revenue for services. In my role as solution architect, I take the time to listen to clients' requirements and truly understand what they are saying. By asking insightful questions and through a sound project approach, my team and I can really get the root of what they need so that we can make recommendations and develop solutions that work for them. As VP of services at CLD, I mentor employees by sharing my technical expertise and knowledge with consultants, business analysts, developers and other solution architects. I take a balanced and conservative approach when it comes to setting and communicating expectations both internally and externally with client teams. Because of this, we’re able to be partners with our clients to help them be successful in automating their services.
