Note: An Operational Risk analyst was appointed in May 2006 to reflect the growth and prominence of this area and my responsibilities migrated to predominantly Credit Risk. Assisted in the production of the Societies 'Individual Capital Adequacy Assessment Process' (ICAAP) and adoption of the Basel II regime. Developed risk based methods to support and justify Capital numbers in terms of Credit Risk. Developed a method to quantify and validate the Operational Risk Capital charge.Assessment and analysis of viability of potential mortgage book purchases of varying levels of credit quality and maturity. Extensive 'Equity Release' modelling for both capital and NNEG and assessment of potential book purchases.Promotion from Risk Analyst to Senior Risk Analyst (October 2007)
