I am currently responsible for all financial analytics, savings, operations, and automation for the supply chain department of Montefiore. I have created tools that communicate with a server to update tableau, access databases, and excel files on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. I use analytical skills to project savings and show opportunities for improvement in processes using technology that we currently have on hand. • I’ve created automated process to download all contracts from GHX using a spare computer• Implemented a Microsoft SQL server for all data sources (created ETL process beginning to end personally)• Created multiple access databases for operational and tracking purposes (Savings Tracker, Open PO’s, and Task manager)• Provided information on implementation of new ERP system for multiple hospital systems• Created a standardized expiring contract review process for all of Montefiore including Local, GPO, and Service Agreements• Built multiple tableau dashboards to show summaries for senior leadership as well as daily operations on purchase orders and Invoices• Built SSIS packages to import data from our ERP into test environment where it was then formatted and loaded into a live environment that communicated directly with data visualization tools• Managed a team of 3 FTE’s providing reports to over 60 employees• Built an automated process to download over 15,000 invoices each quarter cutting down the processing time from one week of FTE time to 12 hours on a spare computer• Provided scenario analytics for major savings initiatives that showed over $20 M in opportunities (Endomechanical, Suture, Surgical Energy, TJR, Spine, Neuromodulation etc.)

I interact directly with clients internally, within Finance, and externally with the Departments to develop reporting dashboards usingbusiness intelligence tools. I provide financial reports and act as a liaison to the Operating Room and Perioperative Departments. Ireport on development and maintenance of the item master for the finance department. I engage clients to gather softwarerequirements, and ensure alignment with development teams. I translate sourcing requirements into over 5 actionable deliverablessuch as market share specifications, financial impacts, orthopedic case analyses, workflow / process diagrams, data flow models, andpredictive conversion analyses.

As an Analyst I report to a Director for the Business Solutions group at Greater New York Hospital Association, I am responsible for creating and managing financial tools, conducting research, and collecting and analyzing data. I play an active role in problem solving, completing project tasks, and providing large savings opportunities for member hospitals. I work with suppliers, vendors, and member hospitals to provide the best and most accurate prices for the savings opportunities I present. I complete my duties include: going through analysis of medical and surgical products to identify savings opportunities, completing a compilation of analytical reporting packages, developing customized analytical reports to meet requests of external and internal customers, and presentation of analysis to all levels of management. While working on site at the member hospitals I assist the Data integrity Managers, Purchasing Managers, and Vice Presidents with internal analytics. I present these members with savings opportunities on a weekly basis through the use of Premier’s Supply Chain Advisor. When the savings I provide are accepted I assist in the activation of the contracts.

While I was the facilities manager I played a few different roles at the Princeton Garden Theatre. I worked primarily during the day while the theater was not open; I made sure the building was operational and ready for patrons. I was in charge of opening the facility and making providing assistance to customers during early hours. I had to be flexible and on call for this position and be ready to work late hours.My duties included: Overseeing facilities are operational and clean, set up contracts and services for the building, hire and train staff, handle deposits and withdraws to the bank account, analyze sales and revenues, program films in the digital projectors, build playlists for the films and weekly schedules, and assist with technical issues during rental events at the theater.

As Administrative Assistant at Renew Theaters I reported directly to the Associate Director. My role was to provide assistance, on all levels; with financial documents, memberships, operating the phones, and general paper work. At times I would undertake projects, providing analysis and insight on the marketing and theater operations, cataloging all events from the previous 20 years, and preserving historical pictures of the company.My duties as the included: scheduling weekly show times for four theaters, catalog the films that we currently show, order and sell promotional materials, provided marketing material for future events, purchase office supplies, personally distribute deliverable between our multiple different locations over two states, write and design blog entries once a week, organize office paperwork, and contact local papers/press of show times and events.

Adult Swim was shooting the television series “The Heart She Holler”. As the intern for Adult Swim I worked similar to a production assistant, I reported directly to the senior producer of the show.My duties while there included: assisting the studio director with set logistics and management, manage set supply purchasing and distribution, and building and designed studio sets including flat and jack construction.

As the intern for Brooklyn Fire Proof I worked directly in the administrative office assisting with general paper work or when the studios were rented out I would work with the clients on their projects. My duties included: writing and designing blog entries highlighting studio events, managing the studio’s Wordpress account, and assist production staff as liaison with external productions. While working with Brooklyn Fire Proof I was hired as intern for adult swim based on demonstrated capabilities on other set productions.
