I leverage my skills in process improvement, problem solving, and people management to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions to clients across the healthcare industry. I am motivated by the mission of RLDatix to improve healthcare outcomes and patient safety, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a former business manager of an electric vehicle research team and a Purdue University graduate in organizational leadership and entrepreneurship.As the manager of technical implementation services, I oversee a team of implementation consultants and specialists who provide end-to-end support to clients in configuring, deploying, and integrating the RLDatix policy management platform. I ensure that the team follows the best practices and standards of enterprise architecture, user training, and data migration. I also collaborate with the sales, product, and support teams to identify and resolve any technical issues or client concerns. In addition, I actively seek feedback and input from clients and stakeholders to improve the quality and efficiency of our services and to enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
