Project Planning, Estimate and Cost Control- Preparing Ghant Chart Project Schedule using MS Project and Work break down schedule.- Daily Monitoring on Project Progress.- Organize manpower and giving task as per work schedule.- Interpreting Client timeline, and project requirement.- Prepare detailed Estimate from Site Clearing, Excavation, Structural works, Electrical, Plumbing and Finishing works. - Prepare Budget for the project.- Updating Project Running Cost.- Evaluating all Sub Contractor billing.- Proposed alternative option thru application of Value Engineering.- Identify Changes in plans or revision in plan to claim variation works.Project Quality Control- Checking quality of material deliveries- Prepare Material submittal to Project Consultant.- Checking manpower workmanship - Guiding manpower on different methodology on different scope of works from Site clearing, Excavation, Structural works and up to finishing works.- Attending Material Testing on site or Material testing in laboratory. Project Coordinator- Project coordination with the owner representative. Attending weekly meeting, discussing concerns and project update. - Coordinating with the other contractor and sub-contractor regarding with their scope of works. All work must be properly coordinated to avoid delays and repeating job.- Identify Engineering problem, Submit Request for Information or solution to consultant for approval.- Coordination with purchaser, office engineer, and Project Manager.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR WORK• Provide Detail Quantity Take Off for Fit Out Works, Especially Suspended Ceiling & Drywall Partition• Prepare Monthly Invoice as per Contract and Project Site Accomplishment• Quantity Verification for all Bidding Project• Preparing Cost Proposal for Variation Order Deductive & Additive Works • Reconcile variation order to owner’s representative.• Take off Material Quantity needed for the Site Project.• Conduct Site Visit to verify Changes from Contract Plan to actual condition of project.• Provide Cost Report to Project Manager, Update status of Contract and variation Order OTHER SCOPE • Assist Draftsmen to analyze Construction Plan prior to Shop Drawing.• Raise a Request for Information for drawing clarification.• Coordinate Site Engineer prior to Provide As Built drawing
