Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations with transportation companies and relevant departments inside BBU plant· Checking all requirements for out-put trucks including voucher and applicable documentation in destination.· Work with an in-house sales team to improve the processing of customers' orders.· Checking both raw materials and products logistic with weighbridge operators.Monitor cargo movement processes through drivers and/or transportation and Verify goods reach their destination in a timely manner.· Approve delivery and pick up timesheets with quantities.· Prepare data for Logistic Specialist for daily and monthly reports.Work with un-loading and weight bridge personnel to ensure raw materials reach accurately.Work with production personnel to verify materials needed to match the production schedule and check quantities (tonnage of bulck and number of drums) ensuring data are reliable for entry.Arrangement of our finished products Drums, Jumbo Bags, or Bulk Bitumen in the plants and/or ports before shipping
