- Be the senior member of staff on site during events; managing and responsible for all personnel on duty including event, technical, box office, bar staff and facilities staff as well as all contractors including security and medics.- Advance shows per the venues operating procedures and be the primary contact for the promoter rep and touring personnel, ensuring the venue is ready for their arrival as per client’s instructions.- Accurately completing all reports, documents and paperwork for each show within the agreed timeframe.- Responsible for operational running of events, ensuring public and back of house areas and facilities meet high standards for client and customer arrival and duration of visit.
