About Joe Mcanally

Beyond all my experience and education, my strongest asset is my desire and ability to solve problems. I consider a problem to be anything that unnecessarily takes up resources. What drives me is finding the problems that have been there so long that people forgot that they were problems anymore. (I.e. "that's just the way we do it") I know how to gather the necessary resources together to fix a problem, and most importantly, I have the strong desire to learn new techniques.I have analyzed processes on many levels to optimize resources. As large as consolidating entire buildings at Boeing, to as small as paper-less data collection for Quality Technicians at Intertech Plastics. Cut costs by 25% by making changes to current equipment at ATGC, implemented a 5S program to cut waste by 90% at PCC-AFT, and streamlined current practices wherever I could. My Toolbox includes skills in Six Sigma, SPC (Statistical Process Control), Process Analysis, TPS/Lean as well as Project Management.

Listed skills include Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and 6 others.
