The experience I've gained with Pro Pools is immeasurable. As a result of my time managing Pro Pools, I have gained the knowledge, experience, and confidence needed to pursue this next opportunity in my future.When I arrived at Pro Pools, the management team had set the company up for bankruptcy within the next 12 months. I had no financial experience at the time, but with good training, and a strong work ethic, I managed to prioritize financial activities to "right the ship." As of today, the company has seen revenue growth of over 25% in my time, with all liabilities managed, and cash surpluses working for the company. I also managed operations of the three separate business lines, focusing on strategic planning for growth, and general cost reductions. I managed to secure a solid banking rapport with a regional bank, offering lines of credit which saved thousands in interest expenses over the prior managements lending offers. As I step away from this position, I believe it is now set on a path of success, due primarily to actions I've taken over the last 5 years.

In my 2 years as a server with Haven Gastropub, I very quickly moved up into a lead role. I assisted in training of new incoming staff, was entrusted with larger quantities of workload, and worked diligently with management to streamline operations while providing a high-quality guest experience.
