Primary focus:Consumer lending calculation accuracy and compliance for a wide variety of personal finance operations. In depth experience providing detailed technical analysis, support, and consultation services for business partners and clients for Truth-In-Lending APR calculations and state specific maximum charge/interest specifications. Our compliance services are centered around state and lending class specific regulatory requirements and our audits, validation reports, and consulting services focus on alignment between contract language and the coded calculations producing lending disclosure output values. Additional “Fed Box” and Regulation Z calculation items such as fees, insurance, NSF charges, late charges, etc. are all areas available for review. Primary segments include: Auto loans, leases, indirect sales financing, mortgages, and most personal closed end credit transactions for Credit Unions, Banks, Finance Companies, and Sub Prime Lenders.Additional experience with comprehensive legislative tracking to ensure we are interpreting and updating clients with changes as enacted legislation become effective at the Federal level and also lending classes in all 50 states, Washington D.C., Guam, and Puerto Rico.
