As an assistant project manager, I lead the day to day activities of the PM staff within the project team.I oversee the overall performance of the project including project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems as well as maintain relationships with the clients, design team, subcontractors and vendors.I am able to facilitate project meetings with the owners and designers providing updates on project progress while updating submittal logs, material delivery logs, RFI and change order logs.

I plan, direct and schedule activities for multiple concurrent projects ranging in value from $250,000 to $7 million. I handle project logistics, budget administration, RFI's, submittals, scope and contract execution as well as change order requests.I manage the overall project schedule from inception to completion; communicating the project plan to all the stakeholders as well as subcontractors, local jurisdictions and clientele to ensure all milestones are acheived.

As Superintendent, I am responsible for all day to day activities of the project.From schedule management to subcontractor activities, I lead my project from inception to completion.I provide direction to all subcontractors, monitor the scope to account for work as well as scope creep. I also provide quality assurance and measured success based on the three tenets of project management: Budget, Scope, and Schedule.

As assistant coach, I am responsible for assisting in the development, coaching, organization and management of the men's lacrosse program. On game day, I manage the bench including substitutions, personnel packages, and depth chart.
