Directly responsible for providing camping services and programs to over 800 Cub Scouts and their families over the course of the summer camping season. Facilitated each camp in obtaining National Accreditation Standards from the BSA, as well as surpassing all local and state health and family code requirements. Directly managed a budget with over $250,000 in revenues.

Manages a diverse district of over 3,500 youth, and 1,600 volunteers year-round to work on publications communication, administration, program implementation, product sales, and training.Develop diverse relationships and work with vendors, community organizations, local businesses, and schools to broaden our program while expanding reach into local communities.Manage a staff of approximately 40 at Cub Scout Overnight Camp, including all: finance objectives, safety and compliance adherence, and achievement of National Certification and Accreditation standards.Assumed the additional role of Marketing and Communications Director, effective October 2015, which oversees the Council's web presence, mass-email capabilities, and numerous print and digital projects throughout the year.
