On YouTube, our team collaborated with the centralized Condé Nast Entertainment group to achieve more than a million subscribers with unique shows like “WIRED’s Google Autocorrect Interview.” We saw similar growth on Instagram, Snap, and Twitter, by making sure that each of these platforms was thoughtfully programmed instead of used as alternative RSS feeds. -

We hired investigative reporters, artists, and columnists, and created daily departments and longform stories. This resulted in less spiky traffic and consistent, sustained growth.
