Having joined Lightfoots as a trainee solicitor in September 1999 and qualified in September 2001 I became a Partner in May 2003.I have experience in domestic conveyancing and property litigation but the majority of my private client work is focused on managing my property team and personally undertaking high value residential transactions, all forms of commercial property work and general business law. I act for both landlords and tenants in leasehold transactions and associated matters and deal with both company asset and share sales and purchases of varying value.I advise some of the firm’s major clients on general commercial matters and acted for a number of property developers in both site acquisitions, their financing requirements and the subsequent plot sales.More recently, the focus of my work has been in the Banking and Finance sector acting for the firm’s various mortgage lender clients. I manage and actively work within the teams that provide Bridging and short term residential, commercial and development finance, asset management service for our client’s property portfolio in possession and the subsequent sales through the conventional conveyancing process.
