MillerResults specializes in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, and is a Salesforce Registered Consulting Partner.With over 20 years of experience in technology, project management, and executive consulting, Joe’s passion for customer service and continuous process improvement made him a technology implementation leader in the industries of financial services, non-profits, human resources, government, and education.During 2018, Joe directly led various Salesforce solution design, implementation, and optimization projects in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, generating client efficiencies and increasing client sales. In 2017, Joe helped lead Capital Associated Industries, Inc. (CAI) in selecting and implementing a new 20-plus application Salesforce-based ecosystem, while simultaneously supporting, managing, and migrating dozens of related technology systems.An enthusiast of cultures and languages, Joe enjoys traveling the world and discovering solutions through unique perspectives, bringing a refreshing lens to common corporate challenges.Joe received his Master of Business Administration degree from the W.P.
