Joe joined Seal Masters in 1996 as a field technician and advanced through roles including Supervisor, Project Manager, Business Development Executive, and Vice President. His hands-on experience and deep involvement in every facet of operations ultimately led him to helm the companies. With multiple contractor licenses, Joe’s expertise underscores his commitment to elevating standards for building renovation and exterior restoration in Hawaii.As a leader, Joe is deeply invested in shaping a supportive work culture that prioritizes employee well-being and growth. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Hawaii Chapter, reflecting his commitment to professional growth and leadership within the community.His pursuit of excellence is matched by a love for outdoor activities and personal fitness; he is a national champion swimmer who still swims competitively and enjoys surfing.
