As the domestic unit Accounting Manager, primary responsibilities included managing the domestic business accounting department of 11 positions and monitoring costing and transfer pricing.• Implemented new Peoplesoft OTC software for financial reporting and operations• Utilized standard costing for production reporting which included both variable and absorption approaches• Creating a multi-dimensional database for Sales reporting (Essbase/Hyperion), and established company procedures for broker audits• Created capital expenditure tracking template• Worked on SEC reporting packages including the 10K,10Q, Executive Summary, and Board Notes

WEN Products was a manufacturer of power tools with revenue of approximately $40 million. As the Accounting Manager, I supervised two Accounting Clerk level positions (Payables and Receivables). Primary accomplishments were the standardizing of cash flow analysis for bank covenants and performing 18 months of bank reconciliations. Wen utilized job costing methodology due to the size (small) of production runs.
