As Director of Special Projects, I generate new development deals for Manti holdings real estate focusing on multi-family mix use commercial and residential projects, including real-estate market analysis. We are design/build construction company for 25+ years. We oversee all phases of construction, from architectural design through all phases of construction, and have designed and constructed residential and commercial structures throughout 3 states.As Co-Owner of Axcess, we strive to develop a long-term commitment to all clients. We treat clients as family, while ensuring 100% transparency through all project phases. We work on 20-40 projects annually and have qualified staff to oversee all aspects of project management, development, and construction.Axcess currently holds licenses in building construction, municipal and public works construction, highway, street, and bridge construction, heavy construction, and commercial and residential construction and is insured and bondable in all these categories. Our company has built private homes as well as small and large commercial buildings, including the Olympic Wrestling Center at Archbishop Rummel High School, an auto collision center warehouse/office complex, the build-out of individual businesses in shopping centers, boathouse and docking facilities in Venice, LA, a daycare center, a meat distribution facility, and even the restoration of a condo/commercial building on Charters St. located in the Historic French Quarter.Over the years, our company has designed and built a private facility including a crawfish-shaped pool and a separate commercial kitchen/entertainment center, including work-out facility, tennis court with children’s play-area, and has constructed and maintained a private golf course. Axcess has successfully completed many residential remodels and repairs on foreclosed properties. We were selected as an exclusive partner of Siemens AG for an innovative directional boring and subterranean pipeline project and prepared multiple oilfield sites for operational rollout and equipment construction for a major energy company.

I am director/manager of M Cubed Properties LLC, a division of Manti Resources, and represent managing partners’ interests regarding investors. M3 is a $40M property holdings company focused on high-end commercial/retail and residential community development acquisition.Our mission is to create centers for community and commerce that have minimal impact on natural environments while stimulating economic growth.To date, our holdings include properties along the Gulf Coast, including Florida, Texas, and Louisiana. M3 has developed Covington Commons, Hidden Creek, and Land Purchases to name a few.

I directed infrastructure, including water service, wastewater service and treatment, street improvement and maintenance, drainage and storm water improvement and maintenance, and construction and maintenance of public buildings and grounds, for the City of Mandeville.I managed 40 employees maintaining approximately 85 miles of streets, 170 miles of drainage arteries, 6 wells, 750K elevated storage tank, 3.8K water connections, 85 miles of water trunk lines, 85 miles of gravity sewer lines, 60 lift stations, a wastewater treatment plant treating approximately 1.8 millions of gallons of wastewater, 7 public buildings, and all public land and playgrounds.I oversaw all repairs, upgrading, and construction of public improvements and collaborated with Planning and Zoning Board to approve or disapprove utility and drainage plans in conjunction with City’s Comprehensive Land Use Ordinances. I also worked closely with the City Engineer to review all construction by developers, ensuring quality roadwork, drainage, and public utilities for the citizens of Mandeville.I created a master plan program for each Division on of Public Works: sewer, water and drainage, road, bicycle and pedestrian. This made it easier to compete for grants.My major accomplishment as Director of Public Works was successful completion of a wetland assimilation project.

I served as liaison with residents, Planning Department, and Planning and Zoning Committee members regarding capital projects and subdivision infrastructure construction.I assisted Public Works Director with Department coordination of city infrastructure projects.My major accomplishment as Engineer Assistant were creating a Veterans Memorial, community center design and cemetery layout.

Managed coordination of building operations, ensuring operational facilities functioned at full capacity.Oversaw $18M worth of School of Architecture facilities and equipment; administered $60K budget and supervised 4 student workers.Instructed 4 semesters of Architectural and Furniture Design class; each semester included weekly 3-hour lecture and 4-hour lab class.
