As Director of Solution Engineering, my primary focus is to help my clients understand how the technology I represent can provide best in class solutions to the pain points they experience in their everyday workflows. Additionally, the Subject Matter Experts on my team work directly with clients to gather insight that will continue to move our applications forward and improve the client experience. It is truly important to have the client-facing interaction we do, particularly when that interaction makes our client's jobs easier.I'm a seasoned technology professional with experience in several areas of the IT arena, including Project Management, Systems Analysis, Application Development, Quality Assurance Testing and Data Center management. I have over 15 years of experience in the Healthcare industry (Health, Managed Care, Life Insurance and Pharmacy Benefit Management) and over 8 years in the e-Discovery and Litigation Support world both on the Software side and the Vendor side. I've had the opportunity to present on several areas of e-Discovery and Digital Forensics to audiences ranging from Law firms, Corporations and various associations on numerous occasions.
