I was previously the head of learning and development for physician services at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) where I managed training for one of the largest nationally ranked physician groups in the country. It’s there that I discovered my knack for transforming leaders into better bosses who know how to nurture high-performing teams.
