Training Manager, Nuru International (Kenya)
Current- Behavior Change Communication Curriculum Development- Advising and training the Management Committee and members of the Cooperative - Responsible for achieving the Co-operatives objective of the training and development of local staff- Developing and maintaining the Co-operative’s position externally with county and national governments, development organizations (Nuru Kenya), business groups and the general public- Conducting Scope Insight Assessment to determine the level of maturity for cooperatives- Design and training For Behaviour Change/ Barrier Analysis Trainings for Kenya - Primary Healthcare Trainings for Community Health Workers- Continuous Capacity Building Trainings for Nuru's field and office staff.- Resource mobilization including identification of upcoming funding opportunities and tenders, concept notes and proposal development, and human resources identification and mobilisation.- Identification and negotiation of new partnerships for enhanced delivery of projects’ and assignments’ outputs. - Work with M&E program to inform data collection of impact and operational metrics and use M&E analysis to inform program decisions.- Ensure good working relationship with stakeholders like the community and Ministry of Health,Ministry of Trade and Cooperatives and Ministry of Agriculture- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and timely submission accordingly
