Responsible for defining and leading the design and delivery of technology solutions for the world’s largest design and strategy firm. Partnered with creative and strategy team leadership to define how frog’s technology team provides services from technology strategy, design technology, UX software development, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR and Design Led IT Transformation. Evolved the design technology discipline to the highest performing discipline at frog. Built new partnerships between frog and Cisco, PWC and Amdocs. Created a differentiated offering combining a world class human centered design method with Agile software development. Drove over $50 million in incremental revenue for Aricent through creating the “Idea to Market” product offering integrating frog Design and Aricent Engineering.

Responsible for all customer delivery and product development operations. Evolved the product offering from the initial founders’ prototype into an enterprise class, SaaS solution providing highly innovative Mobile Marketing capabilities including SMS, Mobile Web, Social Networking and Device Specific Applications. Implemented a customer driven product lifecycle management process, which is tightly integrated with Account Management. Instrumental in acquiring initial angel funding and driving the company to break even cash flow.

Responsible for the worldwide leadership of Qpass’ professional & content services team. The solutions delivered included Digital Commerce Consulting, Storefront Management, Content Management and the installation/customization of Qpass software. Managed a global team into delivering over 22% margin from a loss position in less than one year. Served the largest carriers in the world during a period where digital revenue grew from $300M to over $1 billion for one of our major US carriers.

Responsible for the worldwide operations of Epiphany’s professional services team driving a $120M P&L at over 20% margin. The solutions delivered included Campaign Management, Marketing Data Warehouse, CRM Consulting, Customer and Partner Training and the installation/customization of Epiphany software. Partnered with American Express to design, and launch their next generation, consumer web site that improved visits and session duration by over 20% and drove over 15% lift through personalized web offers. Delivered complete marketing and CRM solutions to some of the most reputable organization in the global 1000. I had specific leadership of projects at American Express, Blue Cross, USAA, Caesar’s, American Airlines, Swisscom, Orange, Wells Fargo, AAA and T-Mobile US.

Conceived, built and launched BearingPoint’s Connect to Customer solution globally. Connect to Customer is a multi-channel CRM solution that integrates the web, email, collaboration and call center technologies to provide a world class customer experience. Resulted in over $50 million in revenue in the first year. Delivered a next generation, Siebel-based, customer care solution for a top 5 US bank. Resulted in a new approach to pro-active customer care that improved customer retention and penetration by over 15%. Delivered a Siebel-based, CRM solution for the merchant acquisition and services division a major credit card company. Provided merchant acquisition tools that improved acquisition rates by over 10%. Partnered with Cisco Systems to design and build a next generation contact center powered by Cisco’s emerging IP contact center technologies. Resulted in a global, virtual contact center that improved customer satisfaction, cost reductions and created new cross selling revenues. Assisted Apple Computer design, build and deploy the second-generation Apple Store which encompassed a new level of integration between the web and the call center centered around “the ideal, Apple customer experience”.
