Resulted in a new approach to pro-active customer care that improved customer retention and penetration by over 15%. Delivered a Siebel-based, CRM solution for the merchant acquisition and services division a major credit card company. Provided merchant acquisition tools that improved acquisition rates by over 10%. Partnered with Cisco Systems to design and build a next generation contact center powered by Cisco’s emerging IP contact center technologies. Resulted in a global, virtual contact center that improved customer satisfaction, cost reductions and created new cross selling revenues. Assisted Apple Computer design, build and deploy the second-generation Apple Store which encompassed a new level of integration between the web and the call center centered around “the ideal, Apple customer experience”.
