From inception: Created, scaled and managed the nation's first municipally-managed venture capital fund, making $19 million of new capital available within Anchorage. As major investor, privately placed $9.5 million, negotiating four microequity funds (Alaska Accelerator Fund, Anchorage Opportunity Fund, 49th Fund, and Anchorage Equity Partners) and one.

Responsible for sales and service performance of entire branch system with over 100 employees and 14 managers. Improved results in cross sales by 300% and waiver sales by 25% using new benchmarks, sales metrics, incentives and reporting programs.

Oversaw MarCom. Improved quality controls, instituted regular promotion cycle, managed communications through merger and key to developing rewards program. Won two national awards.
