Travel to numerous elite-level football training centres of Category 1 status to carry out benchmark testing of physical attributes on aspiring footballers aged 11-21. Tests include: Counter Movement Jump (CMJ) impulse height utilising VALD ForceDecks; 5m, 10m, 20m, and 30m Sprint split times using Witty time gates; 5O5 agility off left and right foot turns and Level 1&2 YoYo’s to provide an indication of aerobic capacity. Once all data has been collected and collated, it is uploaded to the Premier League Performance Management Application (PMA) database.
