Computers and technology have been my passion ever since I built my first desktop PC when I was 10. I have been infatuated with hardware, software, and the internet for as long as I can remember. As the years went by it grew from a hobby to a lifestyle to a career.I studied natural sciences and philosophy in a Swedish high school, then I pursued a degree in philosophy and psychology for two years in Palm Beach Atlantic University. But I made the difficult decision to switch my focus once last time, so I began studying computer science while working web development and IT jobs.I am currently finishing my degree in Information Systems with University of Phoenix. The flexibility of their program allows me to work full-time simultaneously.I have a wide range of skills in Information Technology ranging from front-end development to hardware support. I consider myself a generalist with IT and development skills. I enjoy open-ended problem solving and thrive under pressure. Learning new skills and researching come naturally to me. Some skills that I have recently acquired include coding in Python, cloud infrastructure, shell scripting, data mining, data visualization, network/application monitoring, to name a few. I am always eager to learn more!
