As a fully-insured commercial account manager, I am responsible for making sure each supporting department meets the needs of our clients and customers. I handle customer complaints, find solutions to issues, and maintain a positive relationship between our clients and our company.

In this role I assisted our account managers and clients directly with issues pertaining to their group’s health insurance. I attended client meetings regularly with decision makers and offered my input based on experience and understanding of issues.

I was the team lead for one of our call centers and would regularly send out communications to call center staff to communicate trending issues, offering updates and suggestions on what to say to members if they call in asking about said trending issues. I also managed performance of representatives and put out weekly reports on performance as well as turnaround time reporting for issues needing follow up.
