• Responsible for the overall financial performance, condition, and viability of the campus.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans for campus growth that are consistent with the mission, vision and values of DeVry University.
• Provide overarching leadership for all campus functional areas including academic affairs, enrollment management, career services, academic advising, student finance, information technology and student services.
• Ensure that graduate and undergraduate curricula for the campus is relevant to local and national needs, recommend changes to academic management and develop an academic strategy for the campus.
• Lead a job placement system which enables the employment process for graduates of undergraduate programs; maintain records and statistics on job placement.
• Responsible for the effective manpower planning, proper recruitment and staffing, effective utilization of all manpower, management development, and leading and motivating so as to achieve excellent job performance..

• Lead the Academic Advising team, facilitating day to day operations and handling of all student Academic Advisement issues, as well as assessing and measuring the effectiveness of services provided.
• Manage the Student Finance team, including all day-to-day Title IV functions.
• Coordinate the college-wide Student Disability Support Services by ensuring compliance with Section 504, ADA as amended, providing both physical and academic accommodations to students with special needs.
• Serve as the International Student Advisor, including issuing 1-20s, updating and monitoring the SEVIS database, monitoring course schedules for accurate credit loads, serving as academic advisor, keeping abreast of.
• Facilitate the Judicial process for the University, serving as chief judicial officer for both the Student Code of Conduct and the Academic Integrity Policy.
• Serve as the New Student Orientation Coordinator and as a member of Graduation Committee.

• Coordinated the development and facilitation of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities/programs that promote personal growth and student success.
• Provided oversight and advisement for all student clubs and organizations.
• Served as staff advisor for the Student Leadership Council.
• Created all promotional items for the office of student life including the quarterly calendar of events, student organization brochure, event posters, and Student Portal website.
• Served as co-chair of the Orientation Committee coordinating and facilitating multiple orientation sessions each quarter.
