World Horti Center is the central stage on which the Dutch food & flower industry presents solutions on efficient value chains. Every aspect from research, technology , plant physiology, growing, distribution, education, capacity building chain integration is covered. Overall responsible for strategy and operations. WHC was hosting 30.000 visitors and 300 events annually pre-covid. as a fast response to covid, we successfully transitioned our business to an online and global franchise model. Result: Retained visitor volume, increased time per visitor all at lower cpc. three overseas franchise centers (asia, middle east and central america) are under development and more are to come. Simultaneously initiated a repositioning and overhaul of the World Horti Center onsite visitor exepriences to better present the various segments of the Dutch horticultural value chain and the custom local solutions we offer.
