Specifically, to provide students with value-added and innovative learning and resources that further develop their skill sets from an academic, professional, and community perspective. Course goals for the 6 different courses that I lead are around individual, team, and leadership development progression through an innovative grading system that I leverage, Specifications Grading, that empowers students to be in the driver’s seat of their education.Originally from Lynn, MA, I currently reside in Bloomington, IN. I am married with three children and in my free time, I enjoy exercising, playing guitar, evolving my nutrition as a mostly whole foods / plant-based convert (with veggie/fruit juicing), and spending quality time with those around me.
