Served as the CFO for both The Eileen Fisher Community Foundation, Inc & The Eileen Fisher Learning Lab, Inc. Developed & implemented financial infrastructures, internal controls & standardized accounting policies & procedures across all departments. Managed the preparation of monthly & quarterly financial statements and retail sales reports, reviewed results (variances, pending issues, risks & opportunities) & presented findings to the Board of Directors.

Managed the “Private Accounting Solutions” practice for the Metro NY offices. Reviewed client’s org structure, defined needs, and implemented financial & accounting policies, procedures, systems & internal controls. Developed management & leadership skills in direct reports and mentored all levels of staff.
