As a Mortgage Loan Officer, my responsibilities include acquiring and educating customers on various traditional & non-QM mortgage products that meet their goals for buying or refinancing their home. I am consistently in the top 1/3rd of all loan officers for business volume and net revenue, while maintaining outstanding client relationships that lead to future repeat & referral business. My communication style is tailored to client needs, which includes regular follow-up and a consultative approach to helping them meet their objectives. I lean heavily on my ability to multi-task, prioritize time, and communicate effectively with both external and internal customers in order to meet all client and bank goals.

As a member of the senior leadership team, my responsibilities include creating the company's growth strategy, leading the sales and operational teams to achieve growth objectives and ensuring customers are delighted with their overall experience. My business development strategy tripled the size of the company in 4 years; changed the company's customer base from subprime to pre-prime within 2 years; and allowed us to become the recognized leader in financing for several verticals. I led the company through several transitional phases, including upgrades to loan origination systems and client portal systems; co-chaired the roll out of a new company / brand; and implementation of more robust risk management processes.
