Southern Advantage is a web-based consumer and professional electronics company located in Huntersville, NC. In my final position, I mostly handled the web-marketing and advertising for the company through SEO on Google Adwords & Bing Ads, as well as managing the company's Amazon selling account and web-store.In early 2012, I approached the owners of the company with the idea to rebuild the company website to create a fresh start, something that was desperately needed,. Upon their agreement, I took charge of the project by designing the company website from scratch, as well as contracted and managed the 3rd party web-developer who built and implemented the website. Since the sites creation, I had regularly managed the upkeep of the web-store, as well as the entire website itself, while sometimes hiring third parties to help resolve site issues or install new modules to enhance the customer experience. Whether these units had been sent in for repair or for the intention of being refurbished, this was an essential task that helped our service techs to address any potential problems in a quick and efficient manner.

Main job duties included operating cameras in the studio during live newscasts, as well as floor directing talent and helping with basic studio functions and maintenance.Other duties included helping to prepare guests for live or pre-recorded interviews via microphone placement and assisting them with display and prop set up. Also important was ensuring that our guests are clear on how the segment will operate during the interview.
