I retired with 25 years and 6 months in 2021. Currently working as an Assistant Jail Administrator at the Jasper County Sheriff's Dept in Jasper Texas. Proficient in all aspects of prison security systems including two way radios, CCTV, crowdcontrol gas delivery systems and perimeter weapons. Committed to enhancing the securityand safety techniques including application of policy in any given agency. Completedvarious intensive security and human resource training programs through the State of TexasSpecialties: administration, Incident Command Systems, Radio Operations, Leadership Instructor, Chemical Agents and Fire Arms Instructor. Corrections is my passion as I am also a panel member on Tier Talk which is a You Tube Channel dedicated to all correctional personnel. Currently published in two books dedicated to Corrections, both of which are written by Anthony Gangi, "How to Succeed in Corrections" & "Tips for New Correctional Officers and Their Supervisors"
