In addition to my work as a Supply Chain Consultant I am also responsible for the following:Coordinating the daily operations of the Transsmart Support department. Planning resources of both Support and Consultancy departments (including Service Level Agreements with high-level customers). Ensuring the constant level of support that customers have come to expect from Transsmart. Training new (support) consultants. Coaching (support) consultants. Coordinating internal projects. Operational control of routine database checks and support/consultancy KPIs.

In my role as Supply Chain Consultant, I strive to implement, troubleshoot and improve Transsmart's many supply chain software solutions. Managing several key accounts grants me insights into the cutting edge of transport management systems and logistics while also maintaining customer contacts. One of my focal points is continuous process improvement, both internally and at the customer's side.

Starting from December 2017, I am responsible for supply chain planning and management, business reporting, recipe management and sales billing at Danvo. In addition, I will busy myself with warehousing and transport equipment management. All of these tasks support the Operations Department in any way it requires. Some of these are new additions to my portfolio , others are old friends. From 2017 until September 2019 I was given the opportunity to lead and expand the Supply Chain Department at Danvo Bakeries. I did so with great colleagues and effort. Leaving Danvo in capable hands in September 2019, I can reflect on over 3 years of enormous growth and stabilisation.

Strong focus on production planning and logistics planning. Making sure that all materials are in-house in time for production to start and that export takes place accordingly. Planning the machines and subsequent manpower in relation to customer demands and forecasts.

After my previous job I was quickly recruited for this interim position as Production Planner by a former colleague. I am still trying to find myself a job more in line with my degrees but this job suited my previous work experiences best. Production planning is a dynamic job that can change up on you in an instant. Therefore it is very important to possess great time management skills and to be able to work under pressure of deadlines. These last couple of months have shown me that even though I have little planning education, I get the job done with professionalism and perseverance. There is a great satisfaction to be found in constructing a workable planning for different departments and then seeing it come to fruition. This position has in the meantime been filled by a planner with a production planning career whom I have taught all I know about this position.

Factotum-position. Started off as an administrative logistics employee and worked on implementing the then new Warehouse Management System Exact-Easy Logistics. Concurrently I handled raw materials in the production process and other administrative projects for the Marketing, Production, Planning and Sales divisions as well as setting up a research project for the Plant Manager. Three-and-a-half years ago I was asked to fill in as Production Planner on a temporary basis. Currently I'm dividing my time between Planning and being an administrative assistant for the R&D division.
