Maintain, deploy, and administer hardware and software tools for all lines of business and internal resources. Maintain and administer phone system and related recording and reporting systems. Scope and manage large projects and software/process migrations. Maintain relationships with multiple vendors for a variety of outsourced services.

Manage team to perform both manual and automated testing methods against various software releases before rollouts. Maintain testing processes and update manual, automated, and robotic test cases by module and test type.

Utilize a Microsoft network to merge data into templates for printed bulk mail and marketing communications. Maintain data, customer inventory, and transactions with the USPS.
