Joe Proulx is Vice President of Operations, Data Center Solutions at Mortenson. He is responsible for all construction and operational activities across our data center projects, ensuring operational excellence, planning for talent and teams, driving results and helping to deliver a far superior experience for our team members, trade partners and Customers.
