I’m a full-stack web & (mobile) app developer with a passion for proper software design and development. As head of technology, I set up a streamlined agile environment for managing application production and project management (Agile/Scrum), where some projects contained pair/extreme programming. I developed applications for a variety of companies, among which The Dutch Railway Museum (‘Spoorwegmuseum’) and Zebra Technologies. The solutions I worked on ranged from physical installations to medical (mobile, web, server) applications currently being used in hospitals.I’m skilled in writing scalable and maintainable code while embracing a set of fundamental code design patterns and unit testing. I like working with other people in small and large teams, national and international. Colleagues often describe me as having ‘strong communication skills’ and being ‘highly motivational’.With a background in interaction design & development I have a top-down view on innovative solutions and opportunities with a broad interest, knowledge and experience.
