Using agile practices, managed the countless application projects required to reduce the outsourced system administration by over 90% while improving user satisfaction based on NPS surveys. Worked with cross functional stakeholders including 3rd party vendors to develop the required scope, WBS, schedule, as well as implementation for hundreds of system enhancement projects and process improvements. Managed end to end the required projects to achieve an 80% application reduction effort incorporating redundant functionality systems into a single application. Led the integration of multiple existing application historical reference databases as project scope required. Upon request and based on customer requirements, developed the system solutions to address an issue or achieve efficiencies to existing processes. Developed and presented the mocked up solution to the customer for approval or further development prior to project charter origination.
