Vice President Licensing & Associate General Counsel
In my role, I was responsible for managing a team of 70+ professionals. This team provided legal support for the outbound licensing of all of Adobe's services including its creative and digital experience enterprise offerings currently generating $11.0 billion a year in re-occurring revenue. On the direct side this included Adobe's on-line stores, enterprise licensing and Adobe's various SAAS offerings. On the indirect side, this included our volume channel, OEM, VAB and reseller programs in the commercial, education and government verticals. I have negotiated strategic alliance agreements with other major software companies. I monitored our direct and indirect channels from an anti-competitive perspective. I was responsible for our Anti-Piracy conversion program. Additionally, on an operational level, I focused on making needed process improvements to our contracting processes and providing the necessary legal resources to various Adobe driven projects.
