As the Starfighters Arcade Intern, my responsibilities includes managing and enforcing rules in the arcade, greet and talk to customers usually to learn about their experience and find ways to improve their experience. I also assist in planning and networking with others to help host events. For example, Starfighters Aracde hosted a tournament in April and the proceeds are being donated to the autism foundation. I also manage various social media accounts to advertise and update customers on upcoming events and day-to-day happenings.

I was responsible for providing and correcting customer addresses to make sure it arrived at the correct location on-time. By using the FedEx data base of previous addresses or by calling the customer directly. If a package is damage in the shipping process I would repair or replace the customers packaging. If it was beyond repair I would assess and report how the package was damage, reporting the shipper and sending it back to the shipper.
