Senior Vice President Of Field AdmissionsUniversal Technical Institute Feb 2007 - Apr 2009Universal Technical Institute specializes in the transportation and motor-sports industry, training over 10,000 technicians annually in the fields of automotive, diesel, motorcycle, marine, CNC machining, welding and collision repair and refinishing technology.• Over my career, I have Reported to the CEO and COO and Sr VP of Admissions. I was responsible for building and executing the annual high school student recruitment strategic and tactical plan that achieved many years of YOY enrollment and start growth. • I Directed two District Vice Presidents, the Director of Hiring and Training, 14 Regional Admissions Directors, 182 Field and Military Educational Representatives covering all fifty states including Puerto Rico, the Caribbean Islands, American Samoa and Guam. • Designed the Field Rep Territory Expansion Model Methodology. Using this methodology in Southern California, UTI went from 5 reps producing a total of 645 enrollments, to 12 reps producing 1,790 enrollments. • Continuously refined the Field Rep Territory Expansion Model Methodology which took UTI from 80 territories to 182 territories over the course of 7-9 years.
