The Reddix Group was invited to participate in 3 workshops led by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Research & Engineering that will help shape the future of AI/ML at the Department of Defense (DoD). At the workshop, participants ideate and co-solution how to best transition the DoD to a modern, competitive AI software Marketplace. Our focus areas to make this happen using Quantum Artificial Intelligence (Q-AI) are:• Data Engineering and Infrastructure• Advances in AI Algorithms Development• Testing, Evaluation, and Deployment We see a world that has evolve into economically balanced thriving communities with global opportunity for growth to all who want to participate. We believe economic parity offers great hope for community involvement where all manner of charity (i.e., wealth resource sharing, financial infusion) builds strong communities at the local, state, national and global levels can be maximized. In our Peer-to-Peer (P2P) business model under the right rules, would shift the economic mix to increase the number of jobs for communities and society from a global perspective. Also, help develop sustainable 21st century jobs using innovation and access to opportunity that a P2P model will bring to the table. The disadvantages in opportunity are less prevalent in our P2P model because all participants have the same weight and value and considered equal in class and stature. Leading by example we feel that the knowledge sharing of diverse IPTs has the added benefit of allowing a more diverse workforce to collaborate and learn from each other.
