I support established companies in the Industry & Consumer sectors and startups at the same time - how does that fit together? How can you benefit from this?The connecting factor is the interdisciplinary development of new business models, products and services. I currently support established companies in the industrial and consumer sectors primarily in identifying, evaluating and implementing the potential of digitalization. This initially involves connectivity, IoT and new business models - all of which are essential prerequisites for the greatly changed competition of tomorrow. At the same time, I am increasingly applying my experience in product development to startups. Because with startups - especially in the product area - the gap between a functioning prototype and a robust series product must be mastered with sound industrial and development expertise. Speed, risk-taking and courage at startups and strategy, staying power and industrialization competence at established companies will increasingly complement each other in the future. Through my many years of experience as a developer, architect, project manager and director of business development, I understand the problems of my customers, bring this together with a pragmatic business view and feel committed to the success of my customers in our offering. This creates confidence as a "Trusted Advisor". My clients and colleagues say about me that I transmit calmness & competence even in the storm and that I convince and do not persuade with my friendly and persistent attitude.
