Responsibilities:Own the company's service obligations to key customers locally and internationallySet up a service platform which covers the in warranty and the out of warranty service obligations, supplies engineering with a conclusive fault and remedial action database and and is able to assist in forecasting future failure mode trends.Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from the service aspect, interface with sales, product consulting and engineering to facilitate the launch of a new customer product and service model. Own the current company's key customer SLA's obligation, develop new SLA's and develop a recurring revenue model for the post warranty life of the product. Facilitate product upgrades and interface with key customers to deploy these upgrades with the least possible impact for our customers.Provide key customers with daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the SLA. Set up a cost effective Repair Centre in Auckland that meets the RMA volume requirements and enables Invenco to fulfil its contractual obligations Create a global business model that covers the companies RMA obligations during and beyond its global expansion phase and liaison with possible partners to negotiate the best possible outcome for the company.Create a process flow that places emphasis on repair quality and cost effective processing.Develop product lifecycle management routines and manage these throughout their deployment phase.Create and own an RMA system with a web-based reporting portal.Set up a product performance diagnostics system which supplies product engineering with an accurate image of the product field performance.Be the C-level go to person on service issues for cooperate clients.Be the interface between engineering and repair operations, raise product failure mode awareness and assist in defining remedial actions.Create an automated out of warranty billing system to handle quote and invoice generation for the product repair busi
